Sanofi CEO Paul Hudson has a home for a chunk of that Regeneron money sitting in the bank. The pharma exec is shelling out $100 a share to take out Principia $PRNB — helmed by Martin Babler — and the MS drug that Hudson has been talking up for months as a breakthrough in the field. That’s a $3.7 billion deal.
